In-stock items usually ship within 2 to 3 business days. Mattresses ship within 5 to 10 business days. Backordered items ship as soon as they become available.
All items ship out of Norfolk, Virginia, and can be in-transit from one to ten business days, depending upon your location.
** Most mattresses ship via common carrier freight curbside service. Please make arrangements for delivery inside your home.
White Glove (Level 3) is available for an additional cost and includes delivery up two flights of stairs maximum, unpack mattress and place on existing bed frame, packing debris removal and up to 15 minutes of light assembly without tools. Old mattress removal available for a fee. Please contact us for complete details.
There are some locations which acquire additional surcharges from the shipping carrier, such as isolated areas, congested metropolis’ with toll roads or over-extended mileage from our dock. Our free shipping does not cover these additional surcharges and a representative will contact you if any extra costs are incurred before completing your order.
If for any reason your items are canceled or returned, the free shipping is void and all third-party shipping costs incurred by us will be charged to your account.

We ship all orders via third-party service such as FedEx, USPS or Freight Carrier. In-stock item(s) usually leave our warehouse within 72 hours. Organic mattresses may take 5 – 10 business days to leave our dock. Bed frames ship 4 – 6 weeks after order is placed. Backordered item(s) will ship as soon as we have available stock.
Shipping and Handling Charges Per Address within the Continental USA are automatically calculated in your shopping cart.
Some items (such as bed frame furniture) may incur an additional shipping surcharge, which will be indicated if available. We will contact you via email if shipping charges are in excess of the checkout cost.
Most mattresses ship via 3rd-party freight delivery, however, most of our packages are delivered via FedEx Ground, so please provide a physical address in addition to any Post Office Box. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, please call or e-mail for shipping rates… but remember to have your order ready so we can get a weight estimate on your package. Unfortunately at this time we don’t ship orders internationally.
We can offer Next Day, Two Day or Three Day Shipping for in-stock items. Please call us for the additional rates on such services. Before calling, have handy your total order, so we may get an estimate weight for the package.
Inspect all packages upon arrival and DO NOT ACCEPT any shipment that has obviously been opened or tampered with. Refuse also any packages that appear ripped, mutilated or severely damaged. Once you accept the merchandise, we cannot file a claim since you legally signed for it and therefore accepted it as your property.
RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS
Shipping costs are NOT refundable in the event of a return or cancellation, unless said item was shipped in error on our part. Customer is responsible for actual round-trip shipping and/or freight expenses if a cancellation occurs while item is in-transit. Orders over $1000 canceled by the customer will be subject to expenses incurred by CozyPure®, including credit card transaction and reversal fees.

If for any reason after you receive our products they do not meet your expectations (perhaps the fabric isn’t what you envisioned, or the size is too small or large, etc), we will replace it, issue a store credit, or give you a refund — whichever you prefer — within 30 days of purchase (see policy below for more details regarding restrictions).
You must return items within 30 days of purchase in new condition – no exceptions. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition to be eligible for replacement. We may have to charge a restocking fee for items not in the original container, or if the item was custom produced. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in the event of a cancellation or return of merchandise. Please remember to include your original receipt, or a copy, and also specify your preference for exchange or store credit. Item(s) returned soiled, stained, laundered or used will NOT be accepted for return.
Under federal law, we cannot accept returns on bedding. If you are unsure about an item, please order ONE to test if you like first. If you are interested in mattresses, please contact us at 1.800.229.7571 Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM EST. All special-item, custom-made orders that have been placed into production and/or shipped cannot be canceled by the customer and will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, and any other expenses incurred by CozyPure®, including credit card transaction and reversal fees and shipping costs. Mattresses are not returnable, so we want to make every effort to assist you in the selection of the perfect model based on comfort and materials. If you’re not sure about firmness levels give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist based on our 25 years experience helping folks over the phone. There are many options to correct firmness levels once you receive your CozyPure, including a “Lifetime Comfort Correction”. Also although our products don’t have harmful, toxic chemicals, and the majority of people find them to be a healthy alternative to conventional items, we cannot guarantee against individual chemical sensitivities. For instance, some people with MCS suffer from exposure to certified organic cotton. We do not treat our mattresses with PBDE’s or other toxic fire retardants or blends. If you are highly allergic and/or sensitive please request a “bedding kit” so we can ship samples of our materials and you can determine before purchasing products; we cannot accept returns due to individual sensitivities.
